Rachel Richter

FOUNDER & CEO

“Disconnection is the driving force of negative outcomes, in our organizations and our lives. Increasing connection between our actions and intentions enables us to leverage the alignment that accelerates growth.”

With over 15 years of innovation roles at publicly traded companies and federal agencies, Rachel has helped teams unlock billions of dollars in value for shareholders and public stakeholders. Her methods have driven rare and unexpected success even in situations where years of bureaucracy, fear, and attachment to the status quo had previously hindered meaningful progress. Given the alignment she created inside organizations, between people, and within individuals, Rachel has since codified the principles and best practices of alignment. Through Leaders In Alignment, her measurable, research-driven approach to individual, team, and organizational alignment integrates culture, strategy execution, and performance management to deepen connection and amplify impact.

On a personal level, Rachel’s ability to model, teach, and spread alignment was forged through navigating incredibly challenging personal life experiences alongside her high-achieving career. Rachel brings a unique blend of mathematics & psychology, operating at the intersection of IQ and EQ.

Rachel resides in the DC Metro area with her husband Sam and their 6 lb. rescue dog, Mikko, the Leaders In Alignment mascot. In her free time, she is an avid reader and enjoys writing, rock climbing, meditation, exploring nature, and connecting with people.
