Vera is a rising star in business operations, development, and strategy. Her fresh and unique perspective makes her an asset both in the growth of Leaders In Alignment’s business operations and the expansion of the core Leaders In Alignment’s offerings to a wide range of audiences.

As an individual contributor, Vera is a standout player – performing in the top 1% of one of the largest direct sales companies in North America for 2 years while also being a full time student. There, she mastered the art of lead generation, direct sales, and maintaining client relationships through developing grit & self-discipline, a willingness to accept challenges, and a high degree of personal responsibility.

Quickly recognized for her leadership ability, Vera was selected for rigorous management training and was subsequently promoted to build and run a team. As the territory manager she was responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and developing her own sales force. She built the business plan, interviewed several hundred people, ran weekly training seminars, provided daily management & support, and ran weekly meetings & workshops to provide the tools for her people to reach their goals. Her success was particularly noteworthy as this all took place during the company’s pandemic pivot to virtual and her concurrent enrollment as a full time student. Vera excelled academically, completing a double major in business finance and management at University of Maryland.

Vera is a master at understanding the motivations and mindsets that get people to perform at their best levels. She is particularly gifted in teaching these mindsets because she had to cultivate them in herself. Further, Vera understands innovation as a process where iteration is critical. Her pattern oriented mind enables her to create new value and thrive as a strategist and operator. She sees the next right step to create progress because she is strategic and laser focused on execution.
